National Bureau of Statistics informs that in 2024:

• the area of green spaces in urban localities accounted for 6.6 thousand ha, while the municipality of Chisinau has the largest area of green spaces (66.1%);

• the total length of illuminated urban streets amounted to 3.5 thousand km, and the overall street lighting coverage at the national level accounted for 82.7%.
